We recommend that you freeze or refigerate them and take them out as needed. Each cookie will stay fresh for up to 3 days if left out. You can also put them in the micro for 5 - 10 seconds depending on the power of the microwave. They can also be frozen, and then refroze, they still taste great!

NO. these cookies are only to help with an already lactatingMommy. No worries if Daddy or siblings want to try them.

Will my cookies help to shed the extra baby weight?

These cookies can help to make other temptations easier to pass up. You can carry them right in your diaper bag. Also remember that the more you breastfeed the more calories you are burning. What an excellent BONUS!! Each cookie contain between 110-150 calories and 2-3.5 grams of fat.

How do these cookies work to help with my supply?

Our cookies contain all the key ingredients that help our bodies to produce more milk. Each time you eat a cookie, as well as drink the water you need, and nurse your baby, you are building a bigger supply. Please do not be alarmed if you start to produce a lot! Freezing milk is highly recommended. We all need a night out.

How long can I expect to see results?

Each person is different. Some women have seen a difference after the first day, while others will in  2-4 days. On average you will see a dramatic difference after the first 5 -6 cookies. So much of a difference that you will be able to pump and freeze if that is what you want to do. I personally ate a few cookies at one time, and the next morning I fed my son, and then pumped 5oz on each side!!

Do you have any tips on how I can be even more successful at breastfeeding?

The more you nurse and pump, drink your water, along with eating our cookies, the more successful you will become at making your supply increase. Some women have so much milk after they eat these cookies they are able to pump AND nurse!

What are the benefits of buying a subscription versus each month?

The benefits are that you do not have to remember each month to order. With our busy lifestyles and having babies/children and families why not save some money and get the subscription so that it will be delivered each month without having to remember. You can cancel after two months subscription.

If I order the subscription, will my cookies be delivered the same time each month?

Yes! This is the most convenient way. If you ordered on the 1st of the month, I would ship them on the 2nd. Each month I will continue to ship on the 2nd!
